I wish I could find some money. Uncle Sam seems to keep stealing it from me. Wonder where he puts it?

Considering the crappy state the car was in, I wouldn't call him spoiled haha... if anything it looks like he has a sibling who's interested in Subaru's that may be helping.... otherwise after watching your build post good work man. I'd love to do something like that. Good luck with your fix.

Haha because that is an unbiased article.... seriously... would you research how good Pepsi is on the Coke website??

Regardless of the information, at the end of the the day, Cobb wants to sell you Cobb intakes. Nothing against Cobb/you; but bad research habit.

I'm not trying to argue or bash Cobb/anyone, nor am I condoning the use of ebay parts.

"Because [insert company namw here] says so" is just a weak argument.

Uh.... There is a huge difference between marketing and scientific fact. There is over a decade's worth of imperial data on Subaru intakes and the issues improperly designed ones cause. Not to mention over about 30 years of info on MAF based fueling and how important the MAF calibration is and the reduction of turbulence is. Doesn't take a genius to understand the information presented. Especially when the inner diameter of the intake you ordered is larger than stock, the MAF mounting plate is not centered or there is a big ass bend right before the MAF

Dudes...the word is "empirical" not imperial.

Empirical evidence (also empirical data, sense experience, empirical knowledge, or the a posteriori) is a source of knowledge acquired by means of observation or experimentation.
