OMGHi2U How many people do you have to buy xmas gifts for?

me? Freaking 12! (grandmother, grandfather, mom, dad, sister, bro-in-law, nephew (sis's kid), brother, sister-in-law, niece, niece, nephew (bro's kids). This is freaking ridiculous! I'm trying to keep gifts at $20 to keep my grand total to around $240...we'll see.

freaking season of giving

I’m a newly married college grad....the last thing I wanted to do was purchase presents.

I had a bunch, something like 12-14 to buy. and it sucked me dry. I hate the holidays
My car registration is due in December (300-400 bucks usually) car insurance renews(higher rates) and Christmas comes around. To suck the money out of your pocket.

and of course my sisters who live with like 6 people in houses and pay 100 a month in rent, and like 75 in bills, dad bought their cars for them, pays their cell phone, and even though they have been in multiple (4-5) wrecks that were their fault. They have car insurance 3x cheaper then me, and then they have the nuts to ask why I am broke

makes ya wanna choke a bitch.

I hate the holidays....really I do.

A bunch.

We're having a good year, so we're passing it along, too. People are getting some decent gifts.

Just a few really. My Dad just bought a carjack for himself and footed me the bill. My mom usually just likes cash because she is impossible to buy for. GF and I have just decided to have a night out and spend more time together (We haven't seen too much of each other as I have a new job and have had to take some courses.) My bro, just picked him up some heavy duty mats for his new Ford Ranger. I'm not getting anything and I am completely happy with that. Xmas is overrated, my goal is to not step inside a mall.

All this giving to others means no new gifts for my 240Z until March.

I just went and did like half of my shopping today. I forgot to add my pseudo brother(lived with us for a while) and his new wife. So that makes it 14. Also the mall area was freaking crazy, went to Best Buy and there were about 15 people already camped out for the XBOX360's that go on sale tomorrow.
