Should do the up pipe while you're at it. Quicker spool and save the turbo in the long run.

Now I'm no pro and just giving my opinion as you asked but I would go with choice number two with the UP. While the PW is a great piece, you won't benefit much from it while being in the stock turbo.

Again just my feedback

Edit: once you go for an upgraded turbo then I say PW.

None of the above. Get swaybars + endlinks.

Just the up pipe.

Then, spend some on your brakes and do the H6 rear up grade. I have to ask though, what are you goals for the car?

I vote the UP heat wrap and suspension bits. The reasoning is suspension parts make your car feel more fun, handle better, and are a long life upgrade that don't require tuning

This or maintenance. 10 year old cars could use a refresh. Ie: bushings, belts, fluids, hoses, etc...

Honestly at your power level your not going to benefit that much from an aftermarket exhaust manifold. If I were you I would screw the process west tmic and just find a lightly used Sti one and with the money you save from over paying for the process west find a cheap cat less up pipe and Sti injectors as well... Then turn up the boost a bit. Sti intercoolers can handle more power than your stock block can. You can achieve all of this with under a grand if you play your cards right.

Most importantly before adding anymore power make sure the upkeep on the vehicle is up to date. People who chose a new turbo over a timing belt are retarded.

I don't think either of those choices make much sense for your current setup ul headers are pretty much always a waste of money, el is the only bang for your buck, but those will push your powerband to the right and you already have a turbo that doesn't have much top end power. I'd say for $1000, get a used vf39, some sti injectors for $100, and an STI tmic... Then hope that you don't blow anything up. Btw, if you have that current setup without a real tune... You need to get one asap

wow thanks for all the advice guys ! yeah after some research im finding headers arent really worth all that money is if ANYTHING the grimmspeed cross pipe is a better bang for your buck then spending 700 on headers. i agree i do need an uppipe though so i definitely will have to get one. as for the suspension comments i see your point, the only suspension mod i have are coilovers, i got to up my game in the section

on another note my up keep is very good, i get it regularly checked and it runs very strong for a car made in 2002 and it has pretty low miles (80xxx) and it doesnt go up fast

keep coming with the suggestions i like them! thanks again

Sways and end links, fender braces and bushings. Your car now handles like a roller coaster.

Or the time tested classic:

Hookers and blow...

So much fun having those on there, I never thought I'd enjoy suspension mods more than power mods but I did in this case.

Go under the rear end of your car and grab hold of that little thin metal bar running between your wheels. That's the sway bar, now give her a little tug. See how much it bends?
That's what keeps the body of your car from rolling during turns

A good 22mm sway bar won't ever do that.

An upgraded sway bar will eventually kill the stock end links so that's where after market end links come into play.

Your car is over 10 years old, I'd be saving for repairs or replacement.
