Not unless you replace the heads with the EJ257 heads from an STi which could also bring a number of other comparability issues. Intake manifolds need to be matched with their heads.

The WRX and STI intake manifolds are very similar if not identical from a performance standpoint. There is no reason to swap them out.

Further more, while the STi manifold will bolt to your heads just fine, there are some serious compatibility problems as the STi is drive by wire and your WRX is drive by cable. The two throttle bodies cannot be swapped as the are fundamentally different.

My advice: if you want the STi look, remove your intake manifold and use some VHT wrinkle red paint to coat it.

Don't the two engines require different head gaskets that vary the compression on them and have an effect on the math up of the bolt pattern?

I could be thinking about the difference of gasket thickness from a N/A to turbo engine.

You don't need STi heads, all you need is an STi manifold and TB. The question is why would you want to do it though. The 03 is cable throttle and the STi is DBW. The two are not compatible and there is no performance benifit from the swap.

Have you read the rulebook for your class to know how modifying your car will affect your standing? It sounds like you are shotgunning ideas at a problem you don't have. You have also read zero of the sticky threads at the top of this forum. If you autocross, your MAIN efforts should be on suspension and NOT power.
