Nah, decided to have my transmission guy build me a forged short block. Max supplied me an EJ255 case, and I'll be going with Mahle 4032 stock bore pistons, Eagle rods, ACL bearings, and 09 sti nitrided crank. All assembled for $600 with a warranty for any labor defects.

I agree 100%. I can't justify pulling it appart and half ass building it...Id love to do it, but the motor I want just isn't in the budget right now.

I want to own a home by summer, and right now...it's taking priority. 2.34 is next winter

A lot of people swap in bugeye seats because they surprisingly have a ton of bolstering to keep you in place during mad tyte JDM drifts y0
