Sedan rear strut top torque specs (for rear strut bar install)
Ok I did my searching and I came up with 14.5 ft/lbs. Just verifying if this is correct...
Also, is there a specific torque spec on the actual two bolts that connect the towers to the actual bar? Or is it just, "nice and tight?" (the bolt in this pic http://www.oakos.com/wrx/installs/RSTB/IMG_3495.jpg , even though it is a whiteline bar). (This is for a Cusco rear strut bar install) Thanks. Bryan |

BTW, you're supposed to replace those nuts every time you undo them if I'm not mistaken, and I've read at least once where not replacing them has caused problems. I wish I had the link handy, but I don't.
And no, I didn't replace mine when I swapped my struts out, but... just so you know. |

Hey Bryan,
Did you just get a strut bar or did you get other mods on the suspension? Just curious on whether you bought the RA's. Tyler |

I decided to get a stage 0 first, then throw on the coilovers. I still have it sitting around my house, just haven't had time to go up to Scooby Specialties and have them install it (along with my EGT probe). I kind of also want rims at the same time, but I haven't had the urge to dump 4K on the stuff just yet Been out at all lately? |

Yes I read that somewhere.... anyone have the part # handy or should I be fine? I know at least 2 or 3 people that didn't replace them and they haven't had any problems. |

I am going to need a ride after the stage 0 install.
I have been meaning to stop by Marina Blvd, but after the MTV thing on San Diego, I haven't been wanting to go. I've been curious if you have done anything to your car. I am still the same, but have big plans on my mind. Hope to see you soon. Tyler |
