Default Can Learning View alone generally indicate the health of a motor?

Pardon if this sounds like a stupid question, but I'm wondering if pulling a learning view every so often is a good way to check on the health of the motor.
So, does a clean looking Learning View indicate that the motor is running healthy overall, or does it miss enough parameters that one should be also doing the occasional log?

I understand that Learning View displays whether or not the car is adjusting for knock, but can knock indicate other problems as well with the motor besides a bad tune?

Once the car has been tuned correctly, am I just wasting my time to pull a LV every once in a while?

Just because the ECU isn't making many fuel or spark adjustments (fuel trim, dynamic advance, fine learning) doesn't mean I have good good compression on the motor, healthy bearings, etc.

if you want to know in detailed fashion the health of your motor you will have to start pulling it apart and inspecting things.

it tells you the health of the TUNE only. Very few internal engine conditions will show up there, most are external influences. (bad maf, gas, altitude/temp/pressure changes, etc...)

oil sample test and compression test will tell you the general health of an engine.
