Anyone know when the next boat is supposed to dock for SNE?
What is your order allocation number?

I have no idea? The dealer mailed me a "reciept" back in the end of july when my order was converted to a 2013. I just looked at it and there are no numbers on it.

You should have had a VON and by now a VIN. Ask for it.

It was a one on the lot - there's an abundance of STi's here. It's sad to see how the other dealers are trying to rip everyone off though.

I asked my dealer for a VIN a couple of weeks ago when I was expecting the car to show up in Oct. He checked in the system and said the VIN hasn't showed up yet.

As for a VON, I believe since I'm under SNE there isn't one. From what I've gathered the past few months it's that SNE allocates cars differently and doesn't use the regular order process.

Us New England people don't get VONs, not a SNE policy. They have their own rules. Last I spoke my 2012 DGM base STi was on allocation #113, schedule to arrive between 10/8-10/22.... Still no car. On a happy note, three car carriers were driving from rhode island to ct today with imprezas, WRX's, and crosstreks. No STi's noted.

I also drive a white s2000. Just thought that was interesting. (AP1 though)

I really do not consider even the MSRP 'ripping everyone off' on a car like the STi. They build maybe 4500 of them a year for the whole country. At MSRP we make around 3,500 which is less than 10% most of the time. Not really a large margin in comparison to other retail items % wise.

Finally good to see some numbers, wasn't sure how "rare" they were .

Late post but picked up my car this past Saturday. Still learning to drive the manual transmission but I am finally starting to see some progress. Currently sitting at 98kms.

Picture to keep everybody's spirits up! (From when I snuck in before closing the day before pick up because I just couldn't wait )

$25,000 out the door or before taxes? And did you finalize it? 06 Range Rover Sport can be trade in for around $18k-$19k. If that's the case you're paying $43,000 give or take for the STI (MSRP: $37,645). What kind of options does the STI has?

PS: IMO it's a bad deal for you.

Mind if I ask what dealer you where at? I haven't looked at dealers in the bay area yet, but I don't think I can get a good enough price up here.

Seems the last few days have been dead. No updated from anyone, and no one's posting.

Its getting pretty chilly here in RI, we just got a few inches of snow the other day and my 04 STi is still on direzzas!

Made for an interesting drive home from work.

First order of buisness when the new car arrives is to pick up some 05-07 BBS's and mount some Dunlop Graspic DS-3's.

Ordered 10/3
Von 10/5
Today marks exactly 5wks.

Status in subarunet is still "ordered".
Having watched ultimate factories corvette, maserati, lamborghini, ferrari I can safely assume that it does not take 5 weeks to build a car on an assembly line.
It should have at least updated to "released" or something.

Only reason I can think is because of Nav, and fujitsu-ten being so backlogged on the damn things. I really want the factory nav though, it's in my wifes 2013 impreza 5 door and i've grown to love it after a while.

you go to either Carlsen Subaru or Putnam Subaru. Both offered $2000 off WRX and $3000 off STI to me. Of course, they may offer you less. Depends on your skillz.

Whats it mean when your order status says "Filled"?

Is that before or after "ordered"?

Anyone know the exact list of status updates in order?

Filled means it's been built, released means its been given to the shipping company. Shipped rail means its been shipped on the train from the ship port to the dealer, shipped truck means its been shipped from the rail depot to the dealership on a car carrier truck.

You are one step beyond me, i'm still "ordered"....
