Default Will the v7 motor work with an 02 WRX ECU?

Im thinking about a new motor, and i want to gather up all the info i can. Will teh v7 motor work with the usdm 02 WRX ecu? What if its just the v7 heads? I have a TXS Utec and i know i gotta go get it tuned again.

...and you'll want a utec or EM of some sort to get it running well.
