I ordered about 3 weeks ago and wasn't told anything about possibly becoming a MY14. I guess anything is possible, but that would piss me off. Looking through the 2012 order thread it seems like just about everyone that ordered received their cars except for some really late orders. I know the limited trim adds some time but MY14 would put the wait about 6 to 7 months which would be ridiculous.

Clint from Heuberger Motors (I think the largest Subaru dealership in the country) said that the cut off for ordering STI is April 1st and cut off for ordering, but I thought WRX ordering was through the end of April. maybe I misread.

Lucky!!! Im waiting for a call from SOA today with my VON and maybe somewhat of a guesstimate he said. Their gonna contact my dealer and figure out why I wasn't given a VON right away because I guess everyone is supposed to receive that right away upon placing their order? So hopefully I get some good news today

Congratulations bro. I'm only at 5 weeks now with an ETA of June. I'm passing the time by ordering goodies for my STI. Already have RA Mudflaps and my Cobb AP arrived yesterday.

My dealer didn't give me mine until I asked for it. Which I did about 2 days after he put my order in since I gave my deposit on a Saturday but the car wasn't officially ordered until Monday the following week.

I received my Cobb AP today from the FedEx man, locked myself out of the house, luckily the basement door was unlocked after a frosty trek through the snow in my bare feet, ANYWAY, still no vin, I haven't bothered to ask for the VON. Soooo what part/parts shall I order next? haha, as I've found ordering parts def helps to break up the monotony of my going on 14 week wait. Though now I'm fairly certain my dealer probably waited till after Xmas and New Years to actually place the order, so when I said I ordered on 12/19 I really just gave the dealer my specs, so that probably puts me closer to 11 weeks, ugh.

You guys think I should get the clear bra when my SWP comes in? I've heard good and bad and I'm just nervous about the whole thing.

You know what the good would be.

Bad would be (from what I've heard):
1) costly
2) only a select few are worthy of purchasing (good quality)
3) may or may not leave a "yellow tint" on the car after removal. (On white cars only)

I've been in the market to get a clear bra for a while now to put on my car when it arrives but it is just so hard for me to justify spending hundreds of dollars for plastic to be put onto my car. I have also been looking into just buy the material and doing myself but that could be a disaster as well. I'm usually really good with that kind of work but I also want to leave something like that to the professionals.

I have a order in my rallysport cart for like the last 3 days just waiting for checkout... Girlfriend said she would get me a gift certificate for my birthday so I'm just waiting for that. LOL.

Ill ask my dealership if they offer the 3m as well, I just don't want her to get ruined. What do you have in your RS cart? Lol I know how you feel, I've been ordering parts out the ***!!! My girlfriend just bought me a set of custom white Hellas off of subimods, I have my fog and highbeam yellow lights, along with fog overlays (yay for yellow!) s206 side badges, r/a flaps, front plate angler, hatchback reflector LED's and a "Fresh As F***" license plate frame from stance nation. I think I have other stuff too but I don't remember what off hand.

Staying on topic, the SOA rep I spoke to yesterday was supposed to contact my dealership this morning and give me a call with my VON and any other information he could get, and sadly I've gotten no call and it's the end of a work business day. So I'm hoping he was just busy, rather than him calling and the dealership being like "oh s***, we forgot to hit submit on his order page" I'm past 2 months in, I'm not expecting the car tomorrow. Just would like to know what's up and if anyone might have an ETA.

I would get the fog overlays now since its 14.95 or something like that before tax, and since your well over 200 you'll get the free shipping anyways. I ordered mine after my flaps and badges, totally forgot then ended up paying an addition $10 just for shipping also, I would look into going with the Cobb short shift with bushings, just because I havnt heard too many good reviews on the kartboy, and with the Cobb you can make it as high or low as you want, and if you like the super low short throw like I do, Cobb has the lowest available.

That's weird, I only hear great things about the KartBoy. To be honest, you are the first I have ever heard of say they had bad feedback on them. I was going to go with the Cobb at first but I heard there are some fitment issues. I don't want it sit too low below stock height, makes things uncomfortable and cramped.
