v2 HiFlow Exhaust Manifold Crossover Released
Whats one of the most overlooked anti-flowing subaru pieces you ask??...the stock exhaust manifold crossover. 50***37; of your exhaust gasses are passing through this tiny tiny pipe and that is not good. Well here comes the solution for this problem.
Welcome to our Version 2 Subaru Exhaust Manifold HiFlow Crossover. As many of you may or may not know, we came out with our 1st Gen crossover the end of last summer and had sold out of them instantly every time we got a new batch in. Well we've decided to step it up a notch with our first revision of the crossover. Meet HiFlow Crossover v2. Immaculate welds, smooth as butter 2" stainless steel, thick 12mm stainless flanges. you cant beat this piece. Customers have regularly see a 15 TQ INCREASE when combined with our PnP Subaru Exhaust Manifold. This unit is built from 2" 304 Stainless Steel throughout, maximizing exhaust flow from cylinders 1 and 4 to the manifold collector for faster turbo response. This unit has a flex in the center to allow for easier installation. Add on our amazing Ceramic Heat Coating for a VERY SMALL fee to help keep the heat in and speed up those exhaust gasses even more. -Will fit all Subaru 02-05 turbos with OEM manifolds. -Boost transition is improved over stock -We believe also fits some dual port jdm turbo manifolds however we have not personally tested. When installing we advise ditching those used subaru stock gaskets and use our new RemFlex 50% crush graphite gaskets. If you havent used these before you are truly missing out....exhaust leaks are now a thing of the past. Product can be found at www.grimmspeed.com/store then go to "specialty exhaust" Compared to Coated and PnP'd Stock Crossover Immaculate Welds Flex Massive SS flange compared to the stocker Justin www.grimmspeed.com

Justin:
I have my exhaust manifold from my 04 STi with an EGT bung sitting in my garage. I'd like to send it to you for PNP and coat but now that you have the V2 crossover pipe available, can I just sent you the two collectors and have the the three pieces coated and assembled with your gaskets? |

When I send my mani, do I leave the EGT sensor screwed in or send w/o. My fear is that the coating wont allow me to screw it back in. What are your thoughts? How do you like to receive? UPS or USPS. Richard |
