It was a great time in St. Louis! Thanks all for the hard work and hosting. Any after-party pics?

no offense, but chicago is insanely hard to drive around in. i was just there. i wouldn't take my car there again. roads are too bad, and the majority of drivers are completely inept.

2014 planning starts this weekend. There is a very slim chance that this event will move out of the St Louis area, but all options will be discussed.

yeah, downtown.. and especially so if you don't know the area, but the suburbs are like any other.

I vote for same location. It's pretty well set in the middle of all the groups

Agreed. We only used like half of the available parking there too, so there's plenty of room to grow at the same location. The show could potentially double in size and we could just "book" the whole parking lot for the day.

Unless of course there was potential for some sort of comparative driving on-site next time. Then we'd need a different venue...

Loved seeing a portion of the Nebraska subies reppin the RG (russ' garage) stickers! He put my motor together almost three years ago when I was living in Omaha and it runs stronger than ever.

Cant wait for the show next year!

St. Louis is as far west as I would drive for a meet. It's 6 hours each way. Indy would make a great location as there are hundreds or Subaru owners within 100 miles of Indy. Iic has a ton of active members, and my site has a couple hundred. Indy could easily draw 500+ cars with planning.

But the St. Louis spot was nice.

After thinking about it, why not look into working with SOA directly and host this along side with the Subaru Challenge and make it the 2 day event? I know a few contacts at SOA and I know several people on IIC know them well.

Yes, that Subaru challenge is usually hosted at the plant and is in late August.
