Default just bought a steering wheel

just bought a momo steering wheel and im looking to install it.. i want it to detach, but if to exspensive i want it just on what will i need

Your going to need a hub adaptor. If you want a detachable steering wheel your going to need a quick release hub. NRG makes some decent priced ones just google search it. As for getting it pulled and put on, judging by your question, I would take it to a well known shop with a good reputation. You can do it yourself if you feel like dicking with the air bag and cruise control if you have it.

yeah, I would go with a NRG quickrelease (about $100), and a splash or worksbell short hub (about $100) and take it to a well known shop. Labor will be around $150 and around $200 if you want the horn to work.

If you go with the Boss Splash hub the install is pretty straightforward. It includes everything you need to get it working including the horn, and best of all it retains the turn signal cancel unlike most other brands.

Quick release just pick up an NRG, I got a pretty decent generic one off eBay and it's worked solid for the last 3 years or so.
