Pump gas and a 08+ STi tmic
and she doesn't have a ewg or headers

Lol whats the secret then cuz I don't but 340+ with basic stage 2 setup. While almost every stage 2 setup us barley making 300 I don't see a tuner pushing out an extra 40 over everyone else. Is it a built motor or just some crazy high reading dyno

Ya I find it hard to believe that set up is close to 350. There are plenty of 2.5s running same mods and just bumping over 300. Thats pretty much my mods minus the tgv and I'm at 295 @ 19 psi. Idk how much the ceramic coating helps with hp but I wouldn't think 50 hp

I didn't believe it myself but our tuner confirmed it. Her 04 WRX wagon puts down 340+ on a dynocom.

Lol a freak engine would be like 320 I just cant see an engine and turbo being so much better that it would produce 50 hp over everyone else. Those numbers just dont make sense.

With e85 I believe it. 320whp "maxed out" on 93 + e85, leaner and more timing. Shouldn't be impossible.
I buy it.

I'm shooting for big numbers on a VF30. But e85 is not nearby.

Ya e85 is completely believable but were talking pump 93 gas and 320 us even believable but 340+ just seems a bit much without headers or some kind of meth or alternative high octane fuel.

Oh yeah that's a stretch. Not saying it isn't possible but I wouldn't believe it based off one dyno. Not running a 1/4 for longevity is a cop out.

I seem to remember Dom saying in another thread that 320hp is about max for the 565cc injectors...

Here's the quote, from a thread I made about my hta68 tune:

"Injectors are 100% around 320whp. I had to do injectors to get the range. I'll check the dyno computer to see if the graphs are still there. I had another database failure (too many cars) a handful of months ago."

In context, Dom was talking about a 350hp (on his Dynocom) VF39 setup -- but the motor had cams and bigger injectors.

FYI Hydra is very expensive and not easy to tune without a dyno and having Phil from element tuning do it for ya, but it does have a ton of options and safety options. If your thinking of running e85 then you may want to think about a tank sensor to make sure your getting real e85 so you don't run lean.

Rumor has it that Cobb has something in the works.

That's what I thought... my gf's 03 wagon has a vf43, 565cc injectors some supporting mods and it put down 300whp. With a bigger intake and inlet, I can see 320whp at most. KatieO's wagon is just a freak motor and turbo I guess...

modify stock injectors and have them flow tested
38mm ewg up pipe kit (since i assume you are still on stock up pipe)
electronic cutout (since i assume you are running stock cbe)
Look at kinugawa, or OG FP Green or put together easy rotated setup (i.e. Holset hx35 cuz its cheap even brand new, rotated dp, up adaptor or rotated up pipe)
turbo inlet
meth if you wanna
Find parts used and do your homework/ thread

*Safe and reliable depend on THE INSTALL, YOUR DRIVING STYLE,QUALITY OF PRODUCT and the TUNE.....nuttin else.

P.S> what are you going to do about a clutch? Get rid of some of that dead weight........light weight crank pully, lightweigh flywheel, remove spare tire, take of the under brace, ditch front bumper beam.
Ditch the front bumper beam... lightweight crank pulley... lightweight flywheel... LOL. Are you serious? Give me some of what you're puffin on bud.

I've got 350whp with FP Green HTA. But only obtain peak torque at 4800-5000rpm.

E85 Tune
On regular 92 octane its only 322hp 339tq
Good power at 4k

But that e85 tune is a ROCKET
lotz of power down low
And burns all 4 tires shifting into 2nd
I cant hardly stand running 92 octane any more
Bad part is stock clutch is gone with that power.
In the process of replacing it now

I share a similar setup and power level as you. But watch out, not only was i spinning the clutch or tires, i blew apart my ringlands. This was at 22psi, e85 on a VF43. Virtual Dyno said 350hp 400trq

Still in recovery mode, getting forged internals now. Not sure i'll go back to E85. The torque was insane. I think i'm going to go for a larger turbo down the line instead of E85. I think it will be safer so the trans doesn't explode next.
