Oh, haha, you really don't need aftermarket cat back, the downpipe is what matters. There's a thread in the noob section discussing this. You'd miss out on a couple horses, but you'd gain most of that back if you'd add it post tune.

Would my stock up pipe do you any good? I have a feeling it wouldn't, but I'm getting my ewg up pipe back from swain hopefully next week or the following, if it does work, I'll sell it to you for $50, it only has about 23K on it

About the only way you'll find a VF39 without the wastegate crack is if you buy one new. It is an engineering design flaw. The crack however, does NOT affect the performance.

Heya fellas, I'm currently in the Mitchell area of SD and will be moving to Rapid City in December for school at SDMines.

I'm wondering about any chapters in Rapid City or the Black Hills area in general?
Every time I go to Rapid on an errand I loose count of how many subbies I see, it's wonderful! There has to be a club there somewhere. I see a couple guys on here from the AF base, maybe you would know?

I'm in the SDANG in SF, but go to school in Spearfish. Don't actually know of any groups, but there are people in this forum out there, we just need to get more organized. You'll have to take the 40 min drive to Spearfish and come hang out sometime (besides, Spearfish canyon is great fun for driving).

You wouldn't happen to know Amn Mona (Chris) from finance or SSgt Boland (I think he's fuels)? I went to basic with Chris, and SSgt Boland was a one of the MTLs (read "douche") from AiT.

Not Amn Mona but SSgt Boland rings a bell.
