lol ya it creeps up and still going strong now with the new toys going on ..

well today was a perfect day to pull it out and start the work on the car, lots of rain wash the salt away so why not bring the car home.

my new black wheels that are so black i cant get a good pic of them lol

GC8 VOLK Rays STi 5x100 16x7 ET 53 with the proper stickers for how ever long they last lol.

also i was going to use these on my Legacy EG33 build, but ill use them here first. Whitline KSB751 will reduce rear-end float particularly under acceleration... why not fits like a glove lol

made for the new style subaru 1989 to 2007, subaru sure does love re using something that works well over many years.

they came out all right, i just hope they stay like that for a while.

well the new BW s300sx FMW fits and is in, along with the JDM STi magnesium valve covers.

also had to take the timing belt off and pulleys so I could get to the oil feed line for the AVCS and get the screens out !.. pain in the butt but i had to get it done.

good thing I have room still for the 4" cone aem filter and set up for this turbo.

I had also changed the vacuum lines for the dual wastegates to hi temp silicone to handle the heat stress in that area.

just need to wait for the turbo pipe I ordered so I can complete it all.

and the new brakes set up with stainless steel pistons better for heat transfer on the fluid

I'd normally oppose someone tearing apart a low mileage original car to mod but in this case I really like what you did. This car wouldn't even be worth much in low mileage stock form anyway. You made a completely boring car (just my opinion of course) into an all out badass machine that I'm sure turns heads whenever you ring out those gears. I mainly just looked at the pictures and your captions, not everyone else's comments so I'm sure you worked out the seat situation a while ago. However, I would have suggested taking the fabric off of the original front seats and using it to cover the racing seats so the seats are identical looking in fabric.

Great build!

thank you, I had it stock for about a 1 year then decided to make it a bit more fun, now its more of a toy to me.

I wanted to keep my OEM seats all stock so ill put them aside and swap them in and out if need be, I found some nice blue fabric that it is a pretty close match so should look good.

Ver 2 turbo pipes all made simple and silicone, with the fancy clamps. soon its time to tune this craziness.

I honestly think this would be a sick sleeper, stock looking rims, remove the turbo sticker n fogs..But you've already spent quite a bit on those rims so I don't see that happening
