Brakes/Steering/Suspension Installation/Walkthrough Thread (inc. Koni)
After seeing williayayaytya's new writeups I figure we should have a place to list all of them. I am not going to attempt to get all of them - just starting the thread so folks can add stuff.
This thread should not, repeat NOT become a place where everyone asks questions about how to install things - it is purely to compile links to the actual threads themselves. Here goes... |

http://www.iwsti.com/forums/drivetra...ing-green.html There is also a spattering of other instances of SAS errors when doing mods around the steering column. Faulty SAS causes problems for both DCCD and VDC systems and is a $300 part. Be aware of it and tape and mark positions when working on the steering. |

BD, thanks for doing this, I was thinking of trying to collect my HOWTOs in one place, a la Stretch's Notes, but this is even better.
However, the first tut of mine you link to is Lateral Link Bushings, not Trailing Link (you have NO idea how many times I swapped those words when writing the tuts!). Also, grab my MAF Scaling HOWTO out of the Open Source Tuning forum, they're linking to it from romraider's forums now. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1427448 Last edited by williaty; 02-24-2008 at 12:48 AM. |

Sorry, I'll add this one:
http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=476 The bolt sizes and torque specs may be different for your car, though. |
