Yeah, all the S400's should be the same size, right? Basically GT42R sized? I really like how the PTE 6466 and 6766 are so much smaller physically and still flow 90+ lb/min. I could swap either of those in no problem. Trying to wedge an S400 in would be more work.

they actually make like tons of variants of it in 67-80 mm sizes. heres a link to them if you get bored. but yeah its like a 42r lol. been alot of work to get under the hood in normal rotated position but it loooks sweeeeet. and yeah the dang bw's are huge in size :/
http://www.agpturbo.com/s4-s400-series/ i got the 67mm thinking it would spool the best out of them all. with the textended tip technology and the billet wheel. |

no reason in particular. i mean if i stayed with the bw's. they def like boost alot more than some of the others. 35-50 psi is totally np for most of them

I'm happy with my 65 lbs turbo so far but its getting pretty boring @ 15 psi. I think mid 20's boost will bring the smile back for me. I can't mess with any of you big turbo guys.

i think in time subaru will step up more. I agree the blocks are really a hold up to huge power. Im going to try p and l's block mods shortly and see if i can get to the 40 psi area. if not ill stay on my sleeved block and be in the 33-38 range

funny you say that. i have been on ebay and the net trying to find an h6!
and yeah p and l doesnt give much info but they seem to be running those modded blocks hard. i coated my valves to help with heat and knock. hoping to let the boost run wild. |

Hence my comment... 800 awhp "capable" is very different statement than achieving 800 awhp. I also agree, because of this, there are very few subaru's in this category. My setup is probably 500 awhp "capable", but i'm not actually making 500 awhp. Therefore, I would never advertise as making 500 awhp... |
