I thought it would be a pain just bc of everything I have read, from when i took the first bolt out and bolted the last one down, maybe 2.5hrs (including time to let it dry)

I went w/ Rust-Oleum vinyl/fabric in flat black, a buddy did this back in 07 and still looks good. I used 2 cans, ALL of both almost need 3, but I see you have a sti, 2 should suffice!

I hate the 06/07 tails that came on my car. Rocked them smoked for a while. Letting this dry now, I'll post pics soon.

Nice! How much did the Karlton flares cost you shipped? I wanna go wider 18x10.5/305-315s.

Nice. Good alternative to tracking down a set of 04-05 tails.

Installed my perrin turbo heat shield. I decided to use the stock bolts because the ones that came with it were a pain in the butt

I bought mine from a member on rs25 and started to rebuild them. They have a lot of online dealers and are great coils, really popular with drifters and trackers alike.

Here they are. Another pic of them drying.

And on the car. I also swapped bulb locations so the lower is lit. I like it.

I also wired my grill lights up so they come on automatically. Screw you Subaru and your dumb light wiring. Oh well, I won.

Lows -

Highs with grill lights -

I may swap bulbs out for a higher wattage, but they are a cheaper light and I'm worried about the heat.

Took 2 days for powder to come in and 3 days wait for them to be finished. Powder was $80 due to being special order and sandblast/coating fee was $250.

So here is a day pic of the tails.

Then I had a list of things to do, so this happened.

Pulled my wheels off to have summer tires swapped on until I find/can afford better wheels. Also hated the badly painted, oversprayed, orange tinted calipers. So...

To a simple satin black.

Also attacked the holes in the trunk.

Next up tomorrow is these holes in the roof. Damn previous owner put permanent Yakima rack mounts that bolted to the roof. When racks were off, had ugly caps. So the headliner is out and I'm ready to weld them up.

Got my wheels back today from being powdercoated.

Also hacked in a dedicated switch for after market fogs. Looks like **** for now, so will be ordering a new panel and trying some different switches.

Do you have a right up on how to lay fiber? I'm desperately wanting to learn! Brewpub won't reveal his methods.

just adding fogs, never had the oem ones. I was going to buy the stock relay/stalk, but that alone was about $80.
