I saw there's a surrey meet every Thursday nite and Friday in Coquitlam. Anyone down for Wednesday Meet in Richmond?
Location: Landsdown Mall, Richmond Centre, or Aberdeen Let's get some idea from other members whose are willing to join for the meet. |

I suggest meeting at Starbucks at Sea Island/3 rd.
Lot is probably more accessible and less headache compare to the others.. there's also a BK/Starbucks/Subway.. and a general paint. |

I'd be down for it, usually I'm busy Thursday nights, so can't make it to Surrey meets
That Starbucks is good, but we should find a covered parking lot though, since it's raining 90% of the time. Aberdeen parking lot is a pain, especially when you have to dodge some si-nai driving a tank that's obviously too big for her. Perhaps the IKEA covered parking? cheapo hotdogs? Richmond center covered parking? bubble tea, mcds, food court? Or we can always crash at 5 Zigens There's....a Wendy's |

Sadly, there's not much (if any) covered parking there - "inside his shop" doesn't count.
...speaking of which, would NA vehicles be welcome? It might feel intimidating to me to show up to so much "power" sitting in the parking lot with my poor little econo-box. |

^ no worries, with a few stickers, you'll have just about the same, if not more power than the rest of us.
On a more realistic note, with your CVT and linear powerband, you're probably faster off the line than most of us You'll get enjoy that winnin-feel'n for about four to five seconds |

Too bad we can't do any more of these ones: (Or can we? ) ...until everyone starts passing me by at around 2 seconds (if not at the 1.5sec mark), and then leaves me in the dust while I sit there for the next 3 seconds with nothing but that winnin-feel'n and an engine that's being overworked. |

My hat's in for Bridgeport Futureshop/McDonalds lot. It's even bigger, no speed bumps (if you know how to avoid them). There are almost no covered places in Richmond that I can think of TBH. If not, I could revive the North Road meets. I know it's out of the way, but it's covered, warm for the most part, and lowered/copy friendly. |

Richmond Centre has a few spots that are covered - on the west side (Minoru) stretching from approximately from Westminster to the ramp leading to the 2nd floor parking area, and a good stretch of the 2nd floor parking (though that might not be as friendly for lowered cars). I agree with Ben (Cranker625) that Aberdeen is probably a bad spot, just because of traffic and general lack of courtesy (or driving ability) shown by many drivers in that mall.
I can't think of any other covered lot that hasn't already been proposed. There are plenty of open parking lots for warmer / dry weather though. |
