Default I just got my state tax refund, what should I do?

Im thinking I could use all $5 of it for a 1/6 a tank of gas, or maybe a soda and a candy bar or something.

negatory... the university (which I am a student at AND work for) automatically withholds money... it's odd.

Like... I make 8.75/hour. The university actually DOES give me 8.75/hour... but then on the W2 I get, it says they've withheld all this money.

I think my salary is actually higher than they say it is by the amount of taxes withheld, but they don't tell me, or something. I wasn't even aware that anything was being withheld, because as I said, if I worked 10 hours, I get 87.50 deposited in my account...
