welcome to the zoo
Welcome to the zoo, glad to see another name on the forum.
To my knowedge nothing is currently planned. We had a local get together in June at Red Rocks park and Heuberger motors down in Colordo Springs hosted a get together so folks could get a look at all the rally cars before the Pikes Peak hill climb on July 4th weekend. Some of us go out to the test and tune nights on wed at Bandimere Drag strip if your into that sort of stuff. With the Mile High Nationals coming up this week the next test and tune night will be Aug 7th if I remember correctly. Larry |

Welcome
I wanted to say hello and suggest possibly coming to the Ultra Import show on Sunday at the National Western Complex from 2-9 PM. Flatirons will have the MRT performance demo and Bret (SubeTek) will have his incredible GC Impreza there. It should be the closest thing to a Hot Import Night that Denver has seen. If you do make it please stop by, I will be in my MRT shirt and hat in the Flatirons booth.

Hey just wanted to post to say hi also (I'm a n00b too). Just wondering about the test and tune nights @ Bandimere Drag, How much does it cost? How long can you stay? Do lots of Scoobies show up? Haven't really raced or modded my car... yet, I just need a place to start.

Welcome and Salutations
Welcome Elogy. The web site for the strip is http://www.bandimere.com/ . There are a some stock subies out there all the time getting good baseline numbers before they modify.
I might hold a meet some sunday early at my restaurant here in boulder, there is a pretty big parking lot across the street which could hold 30 or 40 of us. I will provide some free appetizers. The parking lot is usually desolate and we are closed on Sundays til 5 but I could open up and have a cook come in and make some food if that was good. Anyone interested? |
