i spotted a several subies today at JC while driving around for work too.

i don't think it's allowd, especially in JC area, to post up spotted if they were spotted in a parking spot, correct?

either way, definitely saw a nice handful today. well, one of them was a brand new LGT.. definitely looked good, rolling around in journal square. another one was a black bugeye going opposite of me, in historic downtown/newark ave, and another 3 of them, but they were all spotted parked so i won't get into details with those.

I spotted a beached Miata today. It was beached in a farmer's field, so technically, that's not parked.

hey total newb from jc here. im picking up a gc either this weekend or next. though i usually roll with "guy with a sti" id like to meet the faces behind the text n car pix. rs22b ive met you, in your shop; aka_tur ive driven past your shop on numerous occasions. my knowledge is the extent of whatever guy with a sti n myself have accomplished in his garage. though i feel im a competent engineer with basic mechanical know-how i ask a lot of questions 22b can attest...lol hope all is well with you guys looking forward to building a car n meeting all.

Just bought an 05 STI, but it came equiped with the small spoiler. I'm looking for someone with a 05 silver STI that has the big spoiler, and willing to swap.

april 12 monday track day @ racewaypark

hey guys im trying to get a race day going on the race course(NOT THE DRAG STRIP)
THE ROAD COURSE
anyways we need to get a min of 15 drivers
$250 a driver
this is not a organization thats runing this event! its a bunch of guys that want some seat time on the track.
you can give me a $150 deposit and $100 till april 10
but i need the deposit ASAP so i can book the date
you can use the same car for two or three different people BUT each person pays separately
we will have the track from 10am-4pm

please get your cash together and to me by this sunday so i can reserve the date on monday morning.

so far we have 7 poeple coming but no cash yet since i only started telling people about an hour ago.

raceway park rules
only 6 cars on the track @ a time
batterys have to be strapped down
if the EMT is not there we can't run the cars
no passing

this is how its gonna go down...
you will be able to walk the course before 10am... if you're early
9:45am drivers meeting and quick briefing
10:00am we all drive around the track slowly to get familiar with the course
10:15am we roll!!!
we will split the group into 4-6 car groups depending on drivers experience and amount of cars there will be
then for 20 min each group will race till all groups go and then repeat

please call me if u are interested 917 880 2992 noam AKA subyking
