wow,

that is pretty darn cool

A few comments... the center console looks like it would catch too much glare, but who knows if it actually would,

And the space behind the round gages seems incomplete.. you could use it for storage I guess.

I would much prefer the fixed roof prototype version, but that V8 sounds mean! Wish he could have wound it out more during his drive.

Cool vid - but I'd much rather a Carrera GT. The trophies in my toy chest would be a Carrera GT, F40, and a Cobra with a Yates Nascar motor. These new hypercars just don't evoke the same degree of emotion IMHO - regardless of their outright speed/abilities.

... and Nissan is prepping a LEAF GTR in response.
Would be interesting to know how often the electric motors were used during that lap and the percentage of charge in the batteries remaining afterwards.
