Default Question about 30k miles maintenance.

My 05RS just hit 30k miles. what kind of maintenance that needs to be done? i dont want to bring my car at service dealer coz i know they gonna charge a lot for doing this. does the maintenance require replacing spark plugs, air filter etc.? pls fellow N/A owners help me on this.

thanks

I did this with my when I first got it used, had just about 30k on it. I've got the sheet at home listing everything done. I think it cost me something like $600, somewhat rediculous.

Plugs are the main thing as basic copper plugs don't last too long. Even 15k would be better for copper plugs.

You can run through the fluids: radiator, clutch, brake, tranny, diff, power steering, etc... but not all of it is really needed. Still, you may want to do all of them at once so you get a good starting point for future changes.

The stock air filter goes, maybe the fuel filter too.

Really, your owners manual covers the service stuff pretty well. I just don't really recall what Subaru did with mine.
