What shocks me about the Danbury e85 is that if CT was gonna allow it for public use why they didn't integrate it into all the brand new merrit parkway stations they are renovating or just finished working on.

Either way it's a step forward I guess....

Extremely valid point. Its messed up that they wanted it and implemented it AFTER the subsidiaries expired. Regardless it's still 3.09 in new rochelle/rye and 3.55 in bedford hills.

extremely important topic....anyone going? This Saturday at 630 in the winter parking garage.

I would go but I just got my car back from the shop and discovered an oil leak so it's going back.

I saw that this gas station was under construction a while ago. Maybe I'll go E85 this spring? Was thinking about doing the following mods as well:
• TGV Deletes
• FMIC
• 6-Speed - probably won't be until next summer though

I had been in a minor accident recently and I just picked it up from the body shop yesterday. I was leaving for work this morning after it sat all night and I noticed an oil spot under my car about 2 inches in diameter. I haven't had a chance to see where it's coming from and I'm a bit paranoid since it could have been leaking the entire time it was at the shop. I'm going to check the oil when I'm on break.

Isn't that lovely feeling. I have cam seal leaking I have to replace on saturday. My machinist is eating this. I replaced the passenger intake cam seal this past saturday and the Drivers side was fine. Driver's side went last night. He packed them with silicon. In my eyes, that's a no no. I usually set them dry or with shelac. This is what I get when I trust others with my stuff.

Usually when you set them dry you burn them up when you start it. I ALWAYS lube both sides so it sits right, and doesn't burn up when you start it.

Speaking of e85, the station is gonna be on federal rd right next to Wendy's. My s4 is getting converted

Ah yup that'll do it. Simple mistake by not using the proper tool. I always like to use the oem seal drivers to get it right every time.

Sounds like my fluid-on-the-ground problem could be the axle seal; it was worked on recently. Going to keep an eye on it tonight to see if it continues. If it does, that's what I'll be replacing next.

My new "War Wagon"... very tempted to put some forester strut assemblies on to give it a little "lift kit"

A lot of people run the deletes for inlet purposes and the gains are seen there, not necessarily with the deletes themselves. While I'm sure they help a little, the main gains are seen by the new mods you can accomodate.

The difference between the tune on pump and the tune on e85 is unreal.

TGV deletes can help spool as much as 250rpms and typically will add 5-10whp across the entire power band. I tried finding the old thread with testing data, but failed.

I was thinking about possibly doing mine, and bumping up to a 3" inlet.

....?? thought the ATP3076 required a 3" inlet which required TGV deletes?

ehh, maybe not.. just read they ship them with a 2.25" stepper.

Can anyone recommend a good wheel repair place in the Danbury area? I need to fix some light curb rash before spring. Any idea on pricing would help too.

It's not exactly in the danbury area, but Mr powdercoat on ctsubie will repair it and coat your wheels for $350... But i assume its the Rotas and you don't want to change the color...
