It was just as simple as Rosedaleny says above. Bake, split, paint, bake, put back together. The paint technique is up to you, I did three different treatments so it took more effort to tape everything.

Hahaha I dd that so it would stand out... I know its horrible. However, you didn't read the thread because you would have known that I took these out of an A4 and installed them in my wrx to see how fast and accurate they were. So far they're much Better. I went ahead and took the pictures down because you and a few other guys didn't read the description haha

I've had a couple people confuse my car with an STI, I guess because they changed to widebody in 2011 and the back is debadged. I guess you guys with all the STI logos like when that happens and don't let people keep thinking that its an STI right? Otherwise the conversation would probably quickly go to "oh then why are there STI logos on it".

When i first heard about putting headlights in the oven, my initial reaction was, "**** no". But it seems the success rate is much higher then the fail rate. Ill be doing mine as soon as i move into my new house...with a garage woot woot

Honestly, it seems intimidating at first. But once you do one, you realize it's very simple and not scary at all. Suck it up and do it brotha!

Thanks! Exactly heat gun and then a cold wet towel to hold in place. They fit up pretty decently from the start though.
