Steve Lewis Subaru in Northampton, MA has a blue STI they're pretty keen on getting rid of. They got over their initial hot-head phase, so they're looking to unload soon. Might be a good lead on a blue STI if you're interested.

This is the week to make a car purchase as they're looking for good year end books.

Manchester Subaur had all of their STI's listed for $28,990 in the paper last month, worth a look if you ask me.

Manchester Subaru also gave me an awesome value for my traded-in 2002 WRX wagon towards my STI. I loved my WRX but I absolutely am entralled by my STI.
Good luck!

This is the good time to deal.

Amidst the initial "we only want $6k over MSRP" and the Ebay sales, I was able to talk with some of the sales people. They were under the impression that the dealer was allocated new STi's based on how many they sold that came in. So if a dealer doesn't unload them quickly enough, they don't get a replacement one until next allocation time.

Let the dealing begin! I'd start on the internet and get a quote, use that with another, use that with another and then go to your closest dealer and let him match your best price found.
