2005 subaru impreza 2.5rs 4eat
drive by wire
150,0xx miles on it
engine mods: injen cai, grounding kit, STi axleback

basically the video is my problem
this only happens when at a standstill in drive.
i replace spark plugs/wires/clean maf/changed fuel filter/battery/pcv valve.
it never through a cel code whatsoever
bought brand new

i was thinking possible vacuum leak?
i did a vacuum leak test on my car and it was leaking through my purge solenoid/hoses i replace the hoses on it and the problem is still there.
i tried spraying brake cleaner around my intake manifold but didn't hear anything or change the idle.
is it possible o2 sensor?
last resort/worse case could it be timing belt/valvetrain?
