Terrible online parts service.sent me damaged parts. Sent back for exchange. Still have not received replacements.

Ordered 4 pot 2 pot caliper set. Received damaged 2 weeks later. Sent back. been a week with no response.

You do know they invented the telephone long before the email right?

Why is it people rather just fire off an email where there is a good probability that it may not go through(especially if you use the dealers contact us form on their website which are notorious for not going through) than pick up the damn phone and call somebody!

Yes they deserve the bashing. Received new set still white spots on brand new 4 pots. No quality control what so ever and bad customer interactions. Sure they took my cash right away. Just left me in the dark as to eta of new parts both times. If the part is not in stock it should not be posted as such on website...

Nope. Never ordered anything from them, never called or dealt with them. Just pointing out the lack of common sense these days.

Are you talking about where the paint gets rubbed from being in a box? Pics would help.

I had good experiences with them. Bought a few parts online and they came quick with no problems. Ordered a bumper online and picked up in person, no problems. Went to a dyno day they had and it went well with no issues.
