Default Is clutch chatter normal when the car is cold?

My '07 runs great, but every so often 1st thing in the morning it shudders a bit once i put it in 1st gear and pull out of the parking lot.

This goes away after 500' or so, and never happens in any gear other than 1st

I'm pretty sure the clutch is healthy, though this is a used car. No slipping clutch or any other tranny issues...

i haven't experienced this on any other MT car i've owned.

Does the stock clutch need to be warmed up a bit???

I got mine new in '07, never drove it until it was at operating temp, never had the issue (with the stock clutch anyways). The 6 puck is a little different and I am not fully proficient with it yet.

on cool, humid Florida mornings i get a touch of chatter pulling away from a stand still the first time or two. especially if the revs are real low.

I figured it was normal...

when it happens i disengage the clutch, rev 'er up a bit higher and let the clutch out. seems to alleviate the issue

Doing a search here for clutch issues turns up all sorts of bad things for the 02-03 models, but nothing for the newer ones which is why i asked.

thanks!
