Dammit, I want air bags now... and I never thought I would say that but the info, as well as the cars, in this thread has made me change my mind. Maybe I'll skip the coilovers and look into some air setups.

That STi is owned by Keith @ AccuAir. Definitely one of my favorite trunk setups that I've seen! He's on Instagram as accuair_subaru.

Keep 'em comin folks

Thanks man! The next wheel setup with be a bit more aressive. Right now I'm at 18x9.5et22. I'm thinking staggered offsets for the new wheels to give it a better stance in the rear.

really? I haven't looked into the whole wheel thing yet on our model years but I thought my old GTI had some decent wheel wells when I was poking my tracer tech 1's at et22/et26 respectively.

what ET range has poke on our hatches? assuming you have stock fenders/wheel well liners

I guess I figured the offset ranges on subies were a bit more like audis where ET 31 range was getting aggressive
also i agree a bit more poke on the rears than the fronts

I think this was more true for the 08-10 WRX, but the STI and 11-13 WRX have wider fenders. I'm totally stock fender-wise with only a roll in the rear (I need one up front). I know there is a bagged STI with 18x10et18 and when fully dumped he sits rather flush. I'm not too sure how aggressive I'll go yet, but it does need some help in the rear verses tucking rim.

lol, that is awesome! I look forward to seeing more Air Lift bagged Subarus. I personally love the kit and drive the hell out of it. The only thing I need to work on is my trunk setup and get a water trap in preperation for winter.

What tire size are you running? How is the clearance of the bag setup to say a coil over setup on the inside? Could you fit a 265 or 255 with the right offset on a 10" wheel?

Clearance is great on these. It shouldn't be much different than coilovers. You can always adjust where the bag sits on the strut too if need more clearance.

I'm running 215/40/18 on 9.5s et22, but that is so I can clear my fenders until I can roll the fronts. My rears were rolled awhile back.

See I stay away from nasty **** and you guys go and make a thread for us air guys. hahaha awesome!!!!

hasnt changed too much but its under the knife right now getting a massive turbo to hit 500whp daily driven and on pump. also getting ready to fit 19x10 0 offsets and widen the body and doing a new paint as well. current setup is dual Viairs, 4 gallon tank, 9 switches, UAS bags over Megan coilover struts.

That is a beautiful trunk setup!

How hard is it to remove the fake floor?
