Rear O2 Sensor tune out
I was wondering if anyone's had experience turning off the rear O2 sensor in Rom Raider. (So that AFR correction 3 doesn't happen).
The reason I want to do this is bc I'm going to run a catless down pipe In this link it shows how to turn it off in access tunner (they did this to repurpose the input for a wideband https://www.iwsti.com/threads/2015-s...toring.325464/ Code:
In Cobb AccessTuner - Fuel Tables > Closed Loop Target > A/F Correction #3 Limits (Max/Min) Stock - Max 50 Min -50 Modified Max 0 Min 0 A/F Learning #3 Limits (Max/Min) Stock Max 50 Min -50 Modified Max 0 Min 0 Closed Loop Fueling Target Compensation (Rear O2) Limits (Max) Stock Max 50 Modified Max 0 Closed Loop Fueling Target Compensation (Rear O2) Limits (Min) Stock Min -50 Modified Min 0 But this isn't available to me as far as i can tell in romraider My vehicle is a 2013 subaru wrx sti sedan If anyone could be of help that would be great... If this involves definition files or something special id be willing to pay

Go to the romraider site, under experimental definitions or something like that under the Subaru section. The locations will be there. In romraider option, click the box that shows invalid tables, the right click the missing table and you will see if you are missing the location or scaler or what. The missing info will be in that fourm. There is a thread for each table.
What rom id? |

It is a couple lines down from the metadata folder option. I can look when i get off work and see if I have that definition. I have a fully defined merpmodded rom that I think would work. I look.

I was able to find the invalid table in ECUflash. I still don't know how to do this in Romraider (unless you just meant ECUflash).
Regardless you're right the tables I'm talking about are undefined If you have the definitions that would be great, you've been a big help already |

Ok, you are halfway there. The fourm is Subaru Ecu Analysis. I have a merpmodded AE5IB00V fully defined and flex fuel and all that. To flash it you would have to change 1 line with an hex editor to match your orig rom.
These might work, it’s from ae5ib00v AF3 CL target Comp targets 32f78 2 elements Scaling-AF3 Lambda Static -High Low AF3 correction limits 34b50 2 elements Scaling-A/F Learning Limits (%) Static Values-High Low If not hit up the thread and the info is there or you can ask and they will look it up. Same with all the tables you are missing. |

ECUFlash Base / Romraider definition / Ecuflash definition Which of these files would i need to edit to have access to the tables ? All 3 ? Or is your recommendation to run a merpmoded map ? bc i don't think im ready for that i have no idea how a merpmoded map works or |

Addresses are not the same between these 2 roms. I can supply the full definition to you for 500V like I did for benflyn’s 000V

Hi!
***Edit: I figured it out. Subaru Forester A8DK100F: 30e10 This is how I did it, if someone else battles with the same thing. open A8DK100F.xml from rommetada and edit in this using notepad <include>32BITBASE</include> <notes>2014/05/22 [Tactrix] Tactrix definition auto cleaned|merged w/ RomRaiderGitHubAlphaMay2014. </notes> <table name="AF 3 Correction Limits" address="30E10" type="2D" level="1" scaling="A/FLearning#1Limits(%)"> <table name="X" type="Static X Axis" elements="2"> <data>High</data> <data>Low</data> </table> </table> Then this will show as editable table under "Experimental" on ecuflash. Now I just zeroed the values and the corrections from RearO2 are gone. Last edited by Karhu_R; 07-06-2023 at 07:05 AM. Reason: correct address edited in. |
