The mod process for the bumper? Just cut it until you don't feel like cutting anymore... I think I actually cut too much off... There's a decent gap around the top that allows air to bypass the core AND the radiator....

Yep. And by looking at the picture above, you can see about half of the fmic is covered by the 08-10 bumper. I'll have to dig up other pictures of another bumper I saw cut, I believe it was a rally car IIRC.

Nevermind, it's not a 08, but this is the way I was referring to it being cut.

Thanks to Hokie-wrx wagon for the image.

Some rig shots I took. These are the first I've played around with and I did them w/ no one helping Next time I'll have a helper and they should be a bit better.

Great pictures and that color is amazing! Could you get a side shot to show the color more?

Thanks. Prodrive GC010G 18x9.5 +44, 275/35/18 star specs, stock suspension for now. Full exhaust setup is Tomei equal length headers, tomei up-pipe w/ 38mm tial EWG fabbed onto it, dump to atmosphere, Invidia catless downpipe (I really want the Tomei one now that they're out!) into Greddy Ti-C exhaust. I <3 Tomei.. if they ever come out with an exhaust I'd probably get it heh.

On a side note the Greddy Ti-C really sounds wonderful with my current setup. I have an Invidia N1 resonated (which I have to sell) and that was far too droney for DD use. Under WOT of course it sounded amazing but I couldn't stand it any more and got the Ti-C. Stock and HKS exhausts were too quiet, Invidia too droney, Ti-C just right

I'm ordering coilovers and rear control arms shortly

They were from rally sport direct but it was one of the last two sets in the US. They're discontinued.

Well, after 3 year of all weather mats, I must say I'm less than pleased with how long they lasted.
My driver's side all weather floor mat has worn through to the carpet.
With that being said, I've decided to do a little mod of the original carpeted floor mats my car came with when I bought it new.

Condition of the stock carpeted floor mats after only 5 months:

Decals and heel plate added:

I trimmed the carpet for a custom fit of the STI decal:

Custom fit: (recessed)

I still have to do the passenger side decal and clamp down the heel plate after I do a test fit in the car. I'll post installed pics when I'm done.

Can't wait to see the finished product. This is something I will definately look into doing since my mats are looking about the same.

Looks great! My only wish is that the holes were blacked out to match the pedals. Also, very tasteful interior mods, hope mine looks like this soon.
How do you like the wheel, would you do it again?
