I go through the drive through car wash, but I've never washed it by hand at all.

You're allowed to wash by hand in the wash bays down there?

No one else was there. I could have done whatever I wanted. But all I did was cover it with soap and then spray it off, lol. I didn't really wash it by hand.

Aaahhh... I thought you were a true rebel. I'm going to try it one day. I'll bring a bucket and stare down everyone that walks/drives by.

I always hand wash mine in wash bays. Yours always looked pretty good in your pictures from just using an auto.

I need to have Sheen detail it again before winter.

I don't know how you guys do that. I am so paranoid/obsessive about my paint.

If I don't have time to do it on my own...I use these guys. All hand wash.

Don't you get hella swirling and **** on your paint?

I have never ever taken my OBP STi through a wash. Always do it by hand.

^I use apc on weathertech mats. Let it dwell about 5 minutes then use the pressure washer.

Hmm ive never been to a automatic wash or wash bay in my life lol. Been detailing for years. I have any of my customers avoid automatics like the plague. Just makes more work for me and less money for them lol.

Diluted simple green and a brush. Works every time.

I have a set as well and hand washing for me has worked well. I Just use a long bristle tire brush, seems to do the trick. Tire cleaner can work well if they are really bad too.
