Default UTEC Fuel Econ Map for STi

I've been playing around with a Fuel economy map for my 05 STi and was wondering of some of the more seasoned tuners could shed some light on my log..

Why would you set 0 values in the utec maps up to the 40 colomn? There is open loop fuel now. You can set the TPS cross over point to where ever you want. Doing what you did just makes the utec less usefull. Also you have your boost map lower then when you have the utec take over. Thats not the smartest thing. It also appears you are in open loop boost mode. I suggest closed loop. You are probably better off with the base map and then just raise the TPS cross in open loop to 30-35%.
