Scotty Cocktail and Subaru Extra S fluid
Scotty Cocktail
I was going to use in my 6-speed transmission only to realize that its not recommended for 6 speeds. Subaru Extra S transmission fluid Do search on here about this fluid if you don't know about it. This is what I finally put in my 6-Speed gearbox. Best fluid that I have used. Very smooth shifting. This is what Subaru dealers in Japan use for STIs. Unfortunately they can only be bought in huge buckets (see pic) in US. So I have a lot of left over. http://www.alexeyspace.com/gallery/v...ling/cocktail/ I want to help someone out who may find use for these, but don't want to give it away for free so if you want it, we'll talk. Chandy69, I prefer not to ship. Especially the Extra S fluid. Also I don't know if its the recommended fluid in 5-speeds. Always heard about it in the context of 6-speeds.
wkderf, the fluid is actually at my parents house in Ridley Park, PA. Map it out, it maybe even closer to you than West Chester. I don't think it would be possible to change it there, but it would certainty be possible to come up and just pick it up. If you have some container, bring it up. If not, I might be able to find some myself. Also, I was thinking to charge $40 for 4.3 quarts. Actually I'd give you 5 quarts if you want, just in case. Alex |
