Lightbulb Varis/ Blacktop Aero WRX/STI HatchBack (Wide Body) spoiler

I've been looking everywhere to get one of these spoilers. Blacktop Aero's site seems to be offline or deleted and the Varis Spoiler is too dam pricey.

I've found a local warehouse that manufactures body kits for many different cars. They're only willing to make a replica if i get enough people who are interested and willing to buy. The cost would be close to what Blacktop Aero was charging, maybe even cheaper. (That's at least half of what varis wants for their spoiler $1000+)
Please let me know if there is any interest in this. I need at least 50 people who are would buy this before i can even get production rolling.
If you guys want an even cheaper price the center can be fiberglass.. i'd prefer carbon.

the wrc wouldn't be practical for every day use, gets in the way of the rear view.

That would be nice.

OP, is there an actual difference in the hatch between the 'regular' and 'wide-body' hatch? Don't sell this thread and opportunity short if there is not.

It appears that the differences are in the fenders / quarters themselves and not the hatch (key word: appears).

Second that, is this possible to put on narrowbody hatches?

400-600 depends on the demand. High demand will drive the cost down.

Would it kill to get some bolt covers on those wings?

Also, I would be in for a WRC replica.

second picture down looks really weird.. I feel like it takes certain angles to make this look sexy and other times its going to look awkward.. like at standing height.

I want to get a 2014 wrx hatch. And I would definatly rock this spoiler. Looks good. If BlackTop is out of business or whatever, someone else needs to make a quality production version.

I know. Has anyone tried calling them?

Hopefully, they're just moving the domain or something.

Not a fan of the sedan spoiler. Hatches also get the rear underspoiler/diffuser which is completely awesome... Sedans don't get one that doesn't look completely ridiculous imo...

Hatch:

Sedan:

^ Honestly this one isn't half bad... just ridiculously expensive...

Idk, in my humble opinion the hatch diffuser flows better with the body of the car. The HTAutos diffuser is very popular, but I think it's too big, too "in your face", it almost makes the exhaust look smaller. Pretty sure the last picture is the Q300... If you can't get your tips centered I think any diffuser would look like crap, but I think it would be a little more obvious with this one.

The first sedan images I linked are from a company called Liberal.

Of course my preferences are completely regarding aesthetics... I can't speak toward performance on any of these.

The spoilers/rear hatch are the same from widebody to narrowbody.

I've only seen them on wide bodies, so if it fits the narrow ones... that's great! more people can buy it

^^^ Looks aggressive!

Only prob for me with a narrow body and this is that I feel like it is either gonna have to pack a lot of power to back it up or have some aggressive cue's from the rest of the car. The narrow body by itself is a very "soft and classy" styled car vs the widebody's naturally "aggressive and mean" look.
