i would never buy any thing from them again. I ordered a frt bumper and payed out the ass to have it sent 3 day because i wreck my sti. They said you well have it in 3 days i said ok thanks. a week came and gone no frt bumper. They said it was sent out late well be there tomorrow. I called them 3 days later got some woman in accoun ting telling me there was a scew up in shipping. I had to go to nopi with a smashed bumper. A week after i got home still No Bumper. Called the lady. It well be there tomorrow. Another week went By. Called them a again. They fianly got it 2 months later AND IT Was the Wrong bumper. The man and woman said we well give you the $600 shipping fee back. Never saw it, So I called them back And they claimed they can't give it back. Sorry but I lost alot of money to them. I wouldn't suggest them to any one, They are all so way to high

Now here is my question... since there has been a ton of you that have had bad experiences with vivid would you do buisness with anyone that does buisness with them? meaning if they get the part you ordered from vivid would you deal with that company? Just look up whos selling agency power products. As well as right click on pictures some of the vendors post. SOme of them post them straight from vivid.

looking at the website it seems thier focus is on wholesale accounts. Yes they do offer call in direct or email direct order and that is who will get moved to the back of the line if the decision has to be made to ship "an" exhaust to Joe Tuner or to ship 3 exhausts and multiple other items to a tuner shop.. well you get the picture - and also from what I can tell most of the complaints have not been from local pickups - so far I have bougt up-pipe,cat back,pwr radiator,sparkplugs and an ecutech tune ala Clark - over the last 2 years and so far everything has been good service and price. oh yeah I also ordered rear break pads because Surge was out. (called in told him the part number I needed and he had them shipped to my house within 2 days ) - Anyway my 2 cents - I hope all of you who feel duped or that you received less then deserved service that you get it worked out and you end up satisfied. If not just keep doing what your doing and pass on the warning to others.

look at anyone that sells agency power or right click on companies here that post pictures... if it has vivid in the picture link or they sell agency power .........they buy thier parts from vivid. ya they are a big wholesale company so every company just gets in with them to get started..... thing is ... they usually g oout of buisness or do terrible cause of them. yes they are in buisness check out the porsche forum they were kicked off the evo forum they are close.. alot of forums wont let them be a vendor.... They are complete asshats!

Do they show some items as out of stock ever?
I'd love to be in charge of the website at MachV, they NEVER update stock. I think I've called 4 times about items that aren't shown as "out of stock", yet when I call I get a "uhh... we usually have some...*checks*..actually, they're on order". |

I recently ordered from Vivid. They were advertising a clearance sale on a Borla header. I told them I needed it overnighted as I was on a tight deadline, and I wanted to make sure it was being shipped in time for me to get it the next day.
I was assured it was shipping. Later that day they called and said the item had already been shipped and they didn't realize it. Then they suggested that they could get another one for me from Borla....it would be more expensive since the price had gone up, and it would take several days. Guys this is a Bait and Switch operation. I have contacted the Attorney General....and they have started an investigation. I then ordered from Sparktec because they said they had an OBX header in stock and ready to ship.....4 days later.....nothing....and they won't answer and email. Now I'm finally looking at every thread in this area, to figure out who the buttwipes are.....in the end it will probably save me a lot of time and frustration. I'm now probably going to have to go to a special show that only happens once a year, with a factory header. |

Well they dont seem to have **** in stock.... My order was DC Chicane shoes size 12, Samco Radiator hose kit(blue), Power Radiator cap, Greddy Oil cap(blue).... After a week of dealing with their support staff because they didn't have the shoes in a size 12, only 11.5 or 13... And them not having the hose kit in blue or red only black... I told them to cancel the hose kit and radiator kit and send me the shoes in 11.5 and the oil cap.... 3 days later I recieve the shoes... and 2 weeks later I recieve a radiator cap?? WTF... I just said screw it and kept it and will order the oil cap from someone later... Ugh... Long story short... You can get it for cheaper from someone else and with better service

I ordered some buddy club rims from them last year for my civic didnt have nearly as bad stories as you guys had but.. i NEVER EVER RECIEVED a tracking # even though numerous calls and IM's they said they resent me one. (the rims didnt come) still i wouldnt order from them again, i just got lucky first time.

Ok my turn to vent. I'm located here in Gilbert, AZ. Bout 2 miles from their warehouse. Went in one day to check it out. Was told they have a store front...They don't. So I ended up saying that I wanted to buy a Blitz exhaust and asked if they have it in stock. They ONLY thing they stock, are Rims. Everything else gets ordered from other vendors. I got the nickel tour of the shop, despite the fact I didn't want one. So I bought the exhaust..he was ringing me up. Decided that since I was a walk-in, He would get me a $20 discount. But he forgot to tell me that he was going to add on a $55 shipping charge. It freekin says on their website that if you order it, and have it shipped to their warehouse, there ARE NO SHIPPING CHARGES. That was kinda irritating. So I told them there should be no shipping charges. they removed the "discount" they were going to give me, and took off the shipping charges. Never got a tracking number either, but did get a call early in the morning saying it arrived. I have mixed emotions about them. So just everyone keep in mind, they not only do NOT have a store front, but they only stock Rims and nothing else. Expect everything else to get shipped from vendors, seperately, and arrive all at different times.
