What questions do you have?? I gave links to the parts you need and I posted pics. Un bolt the old line and then bolt in the new line.

this is a killer idea! i dont think it applies just to rotated setups though. im very unimpressed with the stock system and those damn hard lines.
my engine is out of my car right now and im very seriously thinking about doing it! John. |

One of my buddies just got this done by a shop in Atlanta. They have the kits in stock. He said they have two types.
The first one is just the braided line for the high pressure side, and its $85.00 The second was braided line for the high and low pressure side and I think he said it was $135.00 I'm not positive though, Ill check and see if I can find out the name of the shop. |

Im going to Lane Automotive today after work to pick up the fittings I dont already have (already have the line) and some other things I need and Ill be making mine... Did anyone find the correct banjo bolt? Im going to take my bolt that holds the banjo bolt with me to see if they can find something. Hopefully I can do something about the stock reservoir and the black hose running from the ps pump to it, Im going to look at that today too.

Nice write up!
To help the longevity of the fluid slide some protective heat sleeve over the lines where they run next to the turbo. -Dylan @ DS1 |

FYI, we offer a braided stainless steel high pressure power steering line. It is still routed underneath the manifold but allows for flexibility of mounting rotated kits similarly.

didnt see if you mentioned this but I did this very thing back in 06 when we completed my GT30R install and we used high pressue lines for that line. I would not want to use a standard braided line for the high side of the PS pump.

looks like the straight at the bottom of the line works good. i have the perrin kit, and with the 45 degree it still hits the wastegate area.

do you make one for non rotated setups? So that I can run it along the frame rail to the rack?

fyi scby rex, if you purchase the pieces off summit it will be a tad cheaper. not to pull away from P&L's sales but you can buy a few feet of the braided line and make it fit exactly to your liking.

have you seen my engine bay? I had to do ALL of those AN fittings and stainless lines. IT IS A MAJOR PAIN IN THE ASS (if you dont have a decent technique ) I might try and do my own now. I have all the fittings I need, I just dont know if I have the line left over.
how do you connect it to the stock line? |

all i did was the high pressure line, and you just d/c it from the rack, and screw in the fitting into the line. pretty simple.wasnt hard to do at all.

okay, i wasnt sure where you screw the fitting into. You can just screw it into the hard line? When I went to do this the first time I think I was looking in the wrong place so if these are stupid questions, let me know
