Default Access Tuner Race FREE!!!

It is the same as the Protune suite, however you cannot lock the maps. The pro-tuners will be able to save and lock their maps, if they have the Protuner software, to protect their intellectual property. Enjoy guys and be careful with your cars. Our forums are set up to provide basic support, and it will prove to be a good forum for you guys to interact with each other....share maps/techniques/tips/whatever.

John

For a limited time only, COBB is offering the AccessTUNER Race software for the new AccessPORT as a free software download. Currently available only for the Subaru and Mitsubishi models supported by the AccessPORT, the AccessTUNER Race software allows the racing individuals and teams the ability to tweak their own maps files at their own convenience. You now have the control you need, when you need it!
To download the software, simply visit this page and fill out a simple survey. You will be emailed instructions on how to download and install the AccessTUNER Race software for your vehicle.
Be aware that tuning support for the AccessTUNER Race is ONLY PROVIDED via our web based discussion forum (no phone calls). To start communicating with fellow AccessTUNER Race users, please visit our forum at:
http://forums.cobbtuning.com/forums/...play.php?f=114
PLEASE NOTE: THIS SOFTWARE IS CURRENTLY A BETA VERSION. The AccessTUNER Race software is intended only for race teams with experience in engine calibration, but that do not need our full Professional software suite designed for dedicated tuning facilities. It is intended to be used to tune ONLY the vehicle(s) you own AccessPORT(s) for. It does NOT provide the capability to flash the ECU directly, an AccessPORT is required to use the map files generated by this software.
If you are NOT familar or comfortable with tuning, this is NOT the tool for you. Please visit one of the well qualified tuners in our AccessTUNER Pro network.

I have a could not connect to live ecu error - when trying to connect my laptop to the ecu. Yes I did reflash with a race tuner map. I'll play arround more tonight and then ask for help in the morning. Unless there are some obvious things I am missing that someone can help with.

Thanks!

I have the same problem and I did everything it was asking. I was wondering if you could data log, because I can't.

I can't log either and now it looks the the AP itself is having trouble conneting to the ECU - I'll play arround tonight but its looking like this will take a call to cobb to fix. This is expected with a beta release and a forester as we usually do not get the most attention.

There is a couple bugs in the software which in known and that's why this is the BETA release. For up to date info on fixes check our forums. Thanks.

What he meant to say was download the file again - they have posted new files online with the fix. I had to clear my temporary internet files to make sure my computer downloaded the newer file. Good news - it works for me. Still some bugs and I get disconnected from the ecu from time to time but it works!
