The video did not advise logging for 4EAT. What gear should be pulled in, and why? thanks~

What gear? Most likely 3rd. Why? I am guessing second redlines around 70?

2nd gear should be sufficient for a datalog in a 4EAT car. As you mentioned, 3rd gear would put you at a pretty high MPH.

Default V2 AP doing weird things.

I'm having troubles with my Cobb v2on my 2007 STI. I bought the car with the AP already installed on it. Whenever I go into "set data log list" I can check the boxes and remove checks from the boxes but then when I go into the data log live list The AP hasn't made the adjustments and it still retains every single parameter on the live"data log" list. 3 days ago it worked just fine.

Default Data logging is like your car telling you its secrets.

When data logging, I find that each car (being the same model and tune) have a few slightly different characteristics. I strongly believe that every car has a sole and different personality. It even slightly differs in performance! I know a couple of people who each bought the same new car and both had slightly different power and character. So strange, when you consider every little precise detail that goes into an engine to make it perform to specs it still gives you whatever small different variable of performance it wants to.

I work at a place that mass produces vehicles. The tolerances for some things vary widely. Every car is different because not every one is the exact same; they just fall within a set of specs and parameters.

Always loved tuning with the AccessPort on the subi's! Thought i'd share another link giving a few more details and examples of Subaru Cobb AP data logging. You can see an example of logging parameters for MAF and MAP based cals as well as a MAF based calibration WOT 15 psi data log example.

Hope this helps some fellow AP owners! https://brewedmotors.com/blog/cobb-a...baru-explained

Default Boost leak

Why does my AP say I am pushing only 10 pounds of boost? Wastegate and vacuum lines are good, turbo was grandpa'd the whole time... I am confused! Using a Stage 1+ AEM map
