Ok...you don't have to believe I paid that. It really doesn't matter to me. Just put the dealers against each other if you have to and get the best price you can in your area. I have shown pretty good loyalty to the dealer I bought my car from...so maybe they just did it as an added bonus as a thank you.

My dealer quoted me $515 + tax for the V-limited. It's probably cuz we're in Hawaii. You'd think that parts from Japan would actually cost less to ship to Hawaii than to the mainland.

Not when they go to the mainland first and then get aired back to you...

I got the factory STI front lip for 217 installed, but the fact that it was something I negotiated when buying my car probably had something to do with it.

Well both are pretty cheap $150 and they look pretty similar. I still don't get why HT Autos is the only company making an aggressive looking polyurethane lip -____-

Too bad the HT Autos is $300 shipped for me in the states

How much cheaper are you guys expecting these parts to be?? The v limited lip for the 06-07 was much more expensive than the 2011 version.

i guess i should feel better about it then? in all seriousness though, i thought the uk would have more access to these types of parts than we do in the states, where things are more 'watered' down.
