Oil Pressure + Temp. gauge installation
Is there a common spot on the block to connect the oil sending unit from the gauge?
im not sure how to install either of these gauges, but what does it take to get them to work on my EJ22T impreza? i can figure out the power and mounting and running lines, just not sure how to hook up for a signal, thanks for any help! -nathan

buy an oil filter sandwich adapter and you can run both sensors off of that
Greddy makes one, I got mine from Z1 Performance |

Its like $50, you take off your oil filter, screw the sandwich adapter onto the engine , you then screw the oil filter onto the adapter. You then thread your oil pressure sensor that you purchased with whatever gauge you bought into one of the two ports on the adapter.
engine adapter filter just like that water temp, yeah, it won't work for that, and I honestly don't know where you place the sensor for that, but I'm sure you can find out if you searched in the forums |
