Default WTB: Some QUIET catback/muffler for MY02 2.5RS

With my headers, my Brullen is just too damn loud. I don't like driving quick anymore because you can hear me for a mile. I need something quiet, and I don't want to lose anything by putting my stock muffler on. I'll buy or trade you my Brullen medium volume dual-tip (with cash)

A stock WRX muffler is good enough for a turbo charged car.

I have the muffler and mid-pipe w/resonator, plus the downpipe if your interested. $50 takes it all.

Of course I wouldn't need the downpipe, but would the stock WRX muffler/catback fit without modification on my 2002 RS? Its the same body but I'm not sure to what extent the exhaust systems are similar.

I'm not sure. I would think some modification would be required to connect the mid-pipe to the exhaust manifold on your car.

The hangers don't match up. I'm not exactly sure where they don't, but it may have to do with different lenghts and such.

I've got a stock WRX muffler that's just hanging around, missing one hanger... it's free to ya' if you'd like it.

it's not a direct fit on to a gc impreza. They have to cut and rotate a flance, and move a hanger, but it's not expensive at an exhaust shop.

you have to extend the midpipe like 5 or 6 inches and rotate the flange to fit the RS cat, or just get the muffler and have a shop weld you a 2.25" catback, I did this for my brother-in-laws car, friends Legacy GT and Herzy2.5RS's 99 RS and they have the most perfect low tone on the EJ25
