Does anyone know of what parts I need from the stock intake? I have plenty of sites that sell them by the piece but What is the minimum I need to be able to properly set up aftermarket injectors and after k&n intake?
http://www.ezsubaruparts.com/parts/2...gramCallOut=14 Which of those pieces do I need? Also does anyone own a stock intake I can buy or borrow?? I'll pay shipping!

Um, the factory MAF curve is pretty well set up for the stock system. Taking off pretty much any of the parts changes the scaling. Your question does not really make sense.
The common mod of taking off the silencer in the fender changes the MAF curve quite a bit on the low end. |

You do not need the stock intake to calibrate the MAF. What exactly is the issue?

I asked because obviously it is not obvious what your doing. If the aftermarket intake is already on and calibrated properly there is no need to go back to the stock airbox just to do injectors. I't's not like the stock MAF scaling is spot on anyways.

Which parts are needed to be the correct maf scaling? Do I literally need the entire thing? Or what parts can I get away with to help calibrate injectors? Because that stock intake is expensive |

If the injectors came with a flow sheet with latencies you can use that to get the injectors close. You can generally get a used stock airbox for around $40-$50. You will need the after MAF tube as well.

I see thanks. Good thing I haven't changed it yet... Then again it's melted at the turbo inlet
