Mods; 1000cc injectors, 255lph pump, Tial 38MM EWG, Grimmspeed 3port, TBE, Intake, tuned with opensource on 23psi. Car has a blown ringland on cyl #4 which is hurting my time. I feel that with brake boosting, I could have shaved another tenth or 2 off the time. This pull was done in the 90 degree heat, otherwise, that's all the excuses I have to offer haha.

Yes, seems like just over 7 seconds. Now you can build yourself a 4-second motor (50-100!)

wow i really like this metric, even though it seems to cater to the sti trans, while 60-120 favors the wrx

I did two pulls today with more boost, I think I finally broke into the 4 seconds according to my timing . What are my times Xluben? The weather suck today, I can't wait until it cools down.

You shifted right before you hit 100mph, so this hurt the time quite a bit.

This is just my opinion....but everyone is rolling into 50. To be honest and accurate you need to stop at 50 hold for 3 seconds then hit it.

Those are 3rd gear rolls, so they're not really the fastest time. They let them use all the gears for the 60-120mph and those times are actually lower than the 50-100mph in some cases. These bikes trap 140's and 150's in the 1/4. It's going to be pretty hard to keep up if you have 4 wheels and less than 1000HP. LOL.

As a direct indication of power, I think it makes the most sense to go from 50-100mph in the fastest way possible. If you don't allow people to go from a roll, then it takes the driver back into account quite a bit and somewhat defeats the purpose.

Why? What are the rules for 60-130mph times?

I do agree it takes the drivers out of it.

There are pluses and minuses of both methods. I just think this way is more consistent.

not gonna lie in first gear on my stretched gixxer 50-100 is probably less than 2.4 ish seconds if i bag the rear shinko. its quick enough that you better be holding on and pointed in the right direction. but thats kinda cheating big time.
