Default ej207 owner wants opinions

basically the title says it all, i have 2001 jdm sti with a spec c tranny. mods are bc racing coilovers, sti genome(real jdm) lower control arms, aps 3.5" full exhaust from the turbo back(no cats). i am looking to upgrade things now, kinda got used to the power. i intend to keep my tmic as well as no meth/water inj. now i am fully interested to see what some ppl say. i am gonna start with turbo, inj and a tune. so guys feel free to let me know what you think.

To be honest if your set on no meth, and no FMIC... If you really want to make more power thats where you should start. What do you have on your car now... the stock version 7 ej207 single scroll VF30... If so and if your are really set on stock tmic and no meth I would just do a stock location 20g-3076r sized turbo. Go mid 20psi range and youll make 350awhp range.... but if you did that with a fmic you would be cracking close to 400.

If you whole thing is "Oh I dont want lag..." Please rethink... Meth will give you the torque and bottom end power the fmic piping will cost you over the tmic but the fmic will give you the top end power with the turbo upgrade you want where as a tmic will get choked up top where EJ207`s really shine. 207s are all power up top anyways so dont harness what the motor wants to do... have lag and scream up top! Thats why I bought one lol
