Default Does anyone know if this is a decal or is it paint?

I have a 96 outback that is white with the bottom half grey. The bottom half is peeling off in some areas notibly the the fender flares and the rear part behind the rear door.

Now, to me, it looks like its a decal and not paint.

Any ideas on replacing the lower half of the two two white and grey?
Thanks..
pete

I actually just removed the decal from my 96 outback for painting, there is a decal and paint that blends just take a heat gun and see for yourself

So the answer is that it is decal and paint..

I thought it might be a decal the way it peeled off in some places. I wonder if thats still available? I imagine it goes all the way around the car but doesn't include the bumpers?

The pinstriping is a decal, the rest is paint. Or should be.
