Are these homemade? What kind of material did you use? I have a set of the basic Rallyarmor flaps, but they're falling apart after barely a year. I wanted to upgrade to the URs, but don't wanna drop $130 on mudflaps. I was trying to find a big sheet of urethane that i could just cut to size and shape. Closest thing i found in Lowe's was some plastic semi-transparent fluorescent lighting covers.

It's not for everyone but I made a DIY set;
I already have RA URs on the Forester, and wanted some with coverage closer to the MSpec version. I ended up making them from a pair of Semi flaps for $9ea. If I lose them in the dirt I'll make another set. |

Can someone with RA on a 2011 WRX hatch measure the distance from the bottom of the flap to the ground? I want to make sure I don't have to trim them up at all.
Thanks |
